1. Return Eligibility:
- Returns accepted only for damaged or incorrect products.
- Must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
2. Return Process:
- Contact us at shravneeshexports@gmail.com with order details and photos of the issue.
- Once verified, we’ll arrange pickup or request you to return the product.
3. Refund:
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after product inspection.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
4. Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or perishable goods are not eligible for return.
5. Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled before shipping. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
